 Audrey’s number one goal in life is to help people, and that is what led her to pursue massage therapy. Her mission is to create a judgment-free environment where people from all walks of life can receive therapeutic touch. Audrey approaches every massage with compassion. She enjoys helping clients find relief from chronic pain, as well as relief from anxiety and stress. Audrey works intuitively to find and treat areas of tension in the body. She incorporates both Swedish and deep-tissue techniques into her massage, and she is always looking to add new modalities to her practice. 

Outside of learning about massage, Audrey enjoys cooking, making jewelry, reading and writing poetry, watching movies, and getting out in nature. She also loves to hear about her client's interests. Audrey’s massages will help you get in tune with your body and will leave you feeling rejuvenated. 

Jasmine's dream in life is to be a vessel of healing for others. She cares about improving the quality of life of her clients and by offering each individual a customized experience, she's able to do just that. Jasmine offers a unique variety of modalities, which include: Warm Bamboo, Hot Stone, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reflexology.

Jasmine is also an experienced artist and musician. She enjoys painting, drawing, singing, writing music, and can play five instruments: cello, violin, guitar, piano and flute.

As someone who understands chronic pain through personal experience, Christina's goal is to work with you, to get you on a path of healing and recovery. Utilizing modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy, Christina is ready to help you manage your pain more effectively. Her other specialties include Cupping, Warm Bamboo, and Prenatal Massage.

Christina prides herself on getting to know each client's individual needs. It's her goal to help you get through your day with less pain and less stress.

When she's not taking care of her clients, Christina is taking care of her family. They love spending time practicing Taekwondo together.
